Meet The Team
Our educators are the heart of Get Set Grow. Each day, they create safe, engaging and meaningful learning environments where children feel known, respected and supported.
Families are encouraged to meet our Centre Director and educator team during their tour. We value open communication and believe strong relationships between families and educators help children settle, build confidence and thrive.

Director / PMC
Mr. Hosea C
Over 10 years’ experience in the early childhood education and care sector
Having worked in the early childhood education and care sector for over 10 years across a range of services (Little Lion Group) and providers, I believe a successful early learning service must be built on more than sound business foundations.
A high-quality service should understand the needs of its local community, listen carefully to families and build relationships based on trust, respect and transparency. Every child is unique and deserves equitable opportunities to learn, participate and reach their potential without bias or discrimination.
At Get Set Grow, our decisions are guided by the children and families within our community. Our focus is to maintain a safe, inclusive and high-quality service where families feel heard and every child is given meaningful opportunities to thrive.
“Early learning is not about building the biggest footprint. It is about building trust, listening to local families and creating equitable opportunities for every child.”

Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Francis L
8 years’ experience supporting early learning services across NSW
I have supported the management of early learning services (Little Lion Group) across NSW for eight years, with a focus on family accounts, regulatory compliance and transparent service operations.
I work closely with families to ensure account information is accurate, clear and easy to understand. I also support the service to maintain appropriate records, meet relevant departmental requirements and follow responsible financial and administrative practices.
I believe strong governance,
transparency and communication provide an important foundation for a high-quality early learning service. When families receive clear information and educators are supported by effective systems, the team can remain focused on children’s safety, wellbeing, learning and development.
“Clear communication, responsible systems and transparency create the strong foundations families need to feel confident and supported.”

I believe children are curious, honest, energetic, playful and eager to understand the world around them. Children and educators can learn from one another through shared experiences, conversations, exploration and play.
As an educator, I am committed to providing safe, ethical and responsive care that respects each child’s rights, identity and individual needs. Children remain at the centre of my practice, and I aim to create meaningful experiences based on their interests, strengths and emerging learning.
I support children by listening to their ideas, encouraging them to make choices and providing opportunities for them to investigate, create, solve problems and build confidence. My priority is to help every child feel safe, valued and excited to learn.
“Children inspire us through their curiosity and honesty, and I believe the best learning happens when we explore, play and grow together.”

Preschool Junior Leader
Miss Aileah
6 years’ experience in the sector, NESA-accredited Early Childhood Teacher with Master's degree
I believe young children are capable, resourceful and active participants in their own learning. One of my key goals as an Early Childhood Teacher is to empower children to recognise their strengths, develop confidence in their abilities and understand that their ideas and contributions are valued.
I create learning environments where children can express themselves, exercise agency, learn alongside others and develop the knowledge and skills they need to thrive. Through play, exploration, intentional teaching and meaningful conversations, I support children to become curious, confident and engaged learners.
Warm and collaborative relationships with children and families are central to my practice. By listening to families and working together, I can provide learning experiences that reflect each child’s identity, culture, interests and developmental needs.
“Every child is capable, resourceful and full of potential; my role is to help them recognise their strengths and find their place in the world.”

Miss Renee
4 years’ experience in the sector, Working towards an Early Childhood Teaching qualification in Bachelor's degree
My teaching philosophy is informed by humanistic, sociocultural and constructivist approaches. These perspectives recognise that every child is unique and capable, and that children learn through secure relationships, meaningful social interactions and hands-on, play-based experiences.
I aim to create an environment where children feel valued, respected and confident to explore, investigate, make decisions and develop at their own pace. I believe families are children’s first and most influential teachers, and I value genuine collaboration, open communication and trust.
Inclusion is central to my practice. I work to ensure every child’s abilities, culture, identity and individual needs are recognised and supported, with equitable opportunities to participate and succeed.
I am also committed to respectfully embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, cultures and perspectives within the learning program. Children’s rights, wellbeing and sense of belonging remain at the centre of my work.
“Children thrive when they are surrounded by secure relationships, inclusive opportunities and meaningful experiences that honour who they are.”

Toddler Leader
Miss Prabina
4 years’ experience in the sector, Working towards an Early Childhood Teaching qualification in Bachelor's degree
I believe children develop confidence and independence when they are supported to take on challenges that are meaningful, achievable and suited to their individual stage of development.
My role as an educator is to guide children from needing assistance towards completing tasks with increasing independence. I do this by providing encouragement, modelling skills, allowing time for practice and creating experiences that are challenging without becoming overwhelming.
I value each child’s strengths, interests and abilities, and I aim to create a learning environment where children feel safe to try, make mistakes, solve problems and celebrate their progress.
Strong partnerships with families are also central to my practice. I am committed to maintaining open, respectful and collaborative relationships with families and warmly invite their ideas, knowledge and participation. By working together, we can provide consistent support and encourage children to develop confidence, resilience and a positive attitude towards learning.
“Every step towards independence begins with the right balance of support, encouragement and opportunity.”

Nursery Leader
Miss Joyce
5 years’ experience in the sector, NESA-accredited Early Childhood Teacher with bachelor's degree
I believe every child has the right to have their physical, emotional and learning needs understood and supported.
Children begin to make sense of the world through the people, relationships and experiences closest to them, particularly within their families and communities.
Every child is unique and brings different interests, strengths, cultures, experiences and stages of development to the learning environment. My role as an Early Childhood Teacher is to recognise these differences and provide responsive, meaningful experiences that support each child’s individual learning journey.
I aim to create a caring and respectful environment where children feel secure, develop confidence, build relationships and are encouraged to explore their ideas through play and intentional learning experiences.
“Every child deserves to have their needs understood, their individuality respected and their learning supported with care and purpose.”
